Summary

Providing more control and self assist abilities to the users such as running connectivity checks to VRAs and ZCCs.

A Zerto administrator may require VRAs access to perform connectivity tests and troubleshooting steps as guided by Support.  Starting version 7.0, Zerto is granting access to the VRA via an SSH key located in the ZVR installation directory.

Steps

Starting ZVR 7.0, the ZVR installation directory (Default location - C:\Program Files\Zerto\Zerto Virtual Replication) will contain a sub-directory called 'Secrets'.  In this folder, you can find the file 'ssh.ppk' which can be loaded into PuTTY to securely SSH into the VRA as root.  Please note that only a user account with Administrative access to the ZVM can access this folder.
