For Aggregation license usage it is mandatory to ensure any ZVM with a production license key is enabled to report its usage back to Zerto Analytics for license consumption usage.
Verify first your ZVM meets the pre-requisites.
Zerto Analytics Pre-requisites
Click on the menu icon in the top right corner of the ZVM UI
Select About
In the About Modal Ensure Enable Zerto SaaS applications including Zerto Analytics, Cloud Control and Mobile App is checked.
Click Save
