To request a new or additional external IP for your vCloud Director NSX-T Edge device, you must raise a new Service Request Support Ticket using your my2cloud portal.
When raising the ticket set the subject as 'New or Additional public IP Request'.
The ticket Description should include the number of public IPs you are requesting.
Note.
- Public IPs are charged per IP per month.
- Requests for more than 8 IPs will need to be reviewed and additional information may be requested before the IPs can be assigned.
